Applying to Immaculate Heart of Mary School


Admission Process

To apply for admission to Immaculate Heart of Mary School please follow these steps:

1. Complete the admission form for the first year your child will attend and return it to the school with a copy of your child's most recent report card (where applicable). A $100.00 non-refundable application fee, payable to Immaculate Heart of Mary School is required at this time.

2. Upon receipt of the application form, you will be contacted to arrange for an appointment and a tour of the school.

Fees & Financing: Please make payment in cash or cheque. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept credit cards nor debit transactions.

Tuition

There are three payment options:

1. Full amount
2. Two payments: first payment by August 30th; second payment by January 30th.
3. Monthly Payments: 10 post-dated cheques required.

Bursaries

Financial assistance may be available to families who are unable to pay the full amount of tuition. Please contact the office for a bursary application. A notice of assessment from Revenue Canada will be required.
